At Bibaj Outdoor, we do not offer cash refunds. However, you may exchange your product under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• You may exchange the item for another product or a different size.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered items.
• Exchanges can also be completed in our physical store.
